The LOCAL Record Office has two entries for the certificate, one as Jane Dobson (previous husband's name) and one as Jane Higham (maiden name). The Certificate itself just says Jane Dobson.

The Certificate says "Chapel of St Wilfred".

The LOCAL Record Office says "Register Office or Registrar Attended". I guess St Wilfred's needed a registrar in attendance.
